"Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful. We didn’t use the pool as too busy sightseeing but was told it was heated and open 8am to 8pm. Room was clean and had a good size bed with tv. Shower and bathroom was adequate for what I needed. Would stay here again if in San Francisco."

"The hotel is nice and clean, the area around is not really safe, but one can avoid walking in Tenderloin in the evening and rather hit directly to the safer part of the hotel area.
