location is very quiet and safe and close to the actual universal studio park. the bed is extremely comfortable and the pillows are so soft (each bed has about 6 pillows) there was two sinks and 3 mirrors. i loved my room honestly.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is located in a convenient spot. There’s stores, restaurants, and universal studios close by. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There’s free transportation to and from universal studios. There’s also transportation to seaworld and Disney, but for a low price. The pool is very nice, however there are some inconsiderate people there that will sometimes leave their trash behind. Also, the breakfast is okay, I don’t think it’s worth $15 though. I think some areas for improvement is the cleaning. Doesn’t seem like the rooms are cleaned very well, I also seen a few baby roaches a couple of times. It would also be nice if they updated their gyms, some of the equipment is faulty.

I stayed there three times because of convenience of cancellation and the prices decent. But the hotel is old and the rooms to have a musty smell I stayed there three times and two of the times they put me in the same room and there was no hot water the bathroom was also very dirty there was hair in the shower there was no shampoo bath wash and you could see the dirt all around the area of this soap container. The first time they changed my room and the second time I didn't want to fool with it because it was late at night so I just toughed it out. Expedia tried to help me out and get me a refund but the hotel refunded the resort fee.

Normally anytime we go to Orlando, we stay at this Best Western. I have had so many good experiences here. This time when we stayed, our room didn’t seem as clean. The first time someone used the bathroom the toilet overflowed making a huge mess. We contacted the front desk and she sent up maintenance. We went to the pool for him to work. When we returned, the toilet looked fixed but was not. The rest of our stay it was clogged. To top it off the water in the shower was ICE COLD. It never warmed up, not even after 30 mins. All in all, this hotel is normally a great place to stay but this time we got an unlucky room.

Considering the price I paid and being a DELUX room I was expecting it to be much better. The sinks were cracked, toilet was broken, outlets did not work, curtain rods were broken and so on. These are regular maintenance that we expect the hotels to do. If not then it affects stay experience.

This hotel is decent but I did have some issues. My hotel stay was for 2 nights. Pros: Great location, Helpful Staff, and Good Amenities. Cons: Found a roach (only one instance), Microwave was broken, beds are kind of uncomfortable, and rooms are outdated. Other than those reasons I had a decent stay. Nothing out of the ordinary for a 3 star hotel.
