The room itself could use some fixing, but the staff at the hotel fixed Expedias mess up! Expedia booked the wrong dates and I almost lost my stay BUT the hotel fixed the mistake and made sure we were not searching for a hotel room at 11:30 at night!! It was a great place to stay for our two nights! Close to restaurants and other places for necessities!!

The hotel facilities were overall pretty good and the second room we stayed in was comfortable and clean. However, our first room was not very comfortable and seemed a bit dirty, which was disappointing. Thankfully, the staff moved us to another room that was much better. One thing that could definitely improve is the refrigerator, since it did not keep things very cold. As for the breakfast, there was not much variety. It would be better if they offered more options, including a microwave and some hot items like ham or eggs, which were not available. Overall, after the room change, our stay was much better.

The Staff was exceptionally good and professional, the hotel needs some upgrades. The amenities like Continental breakfast NOT include EGGS only bread and cereals. The room not have iron you need to request, TV needs to be updated they are olds and low service of channels, the TV remote control doesn’t work and not have lid was cover tape. The location was great in Kissimmee near to old town in Kissimmee.

The location is good close to all. The room had fruit flys couldn’t get rid of all of them told the staff and nothing was done. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and corner of walls. Room smelled bad had to get air freshener. I won’t stay there again.
