Front desk personnel was amazing!! Place was nice however some updating could be done. 3 of the 4 slides are down, the waterpark/lazy river is a nice rest day but will get boring quickly with the kids. Definitely rent a car or drive if you’re planning to be visiting any of the major attractions, Lyft and uber will be roughly 35-72 per trip so heads up on that. The shuttle the hotel offers is iffy at best

The pool was running the slides had been down for months it seems. The condition of everything else game room play ground are very old and worn. Beds hard and old. Staff was friendly. There definitely shouldnt be a resort fee for just a pool.

Most slide were down. Pool and hot tub was dirty a used pad was in the filter of hot tub. They have a restaurant inside but you have to order at tiki bar. Chicken was undercooked we just threw away and went to sleep. Seems like they are trying to update and make it nice but it’s far from it. Staff was super helpful and greeted us with a smile never frustrated with questions or problem's always eager to solve the issue fast. The highlight of the stay definitely was the staff.

The staff was great. There is no elevator. There was no place to hang my clothing. The building is old but not in need of repair. The room and common areas are well maintained. The water park was a nice attraction when fully operational. This is a good place for a family on a budget.

The hotel was very outdated, it looked nothing like the photos. Yes, there was a free breakfast that consisted of hard boiled eggs, bread, and some fruit but it looked unclean so we skipped out on this daily. The waterslides are closed down to a certain time every day and half of them were not in working order. The staff was friendly and when I asked for extra towels, they did provide that for us. There was a long drive back to the property, and there were homeless people that came out of this deserted area, which was very unsettling at night time. The hotel property had trash and did not look very clean on the outside. I would not stay here again, it was an inconvenient location and the amenities were not great.

The activity room was closed the water slides which were the main reason we decided to stay there closed. Hot tub was freezing. It was extremely loud even during quiet hours. When I said something to the staff they did nothing so it made getting an infant to sleep impossible. Housekeeping did do a great job though I will give them that.

The rooms where bigger than expected however the house cleaning is poorly done!!! My daughter and I stayed for cheer competition over the weekend and I unfortunately had to clean my room. Due to the fact of the amount of DUST my daughter is severely allergic to dust. Breakfast was good however there coffee was delicious and got me ready for our busy days ahead. They had a game room but the machine to get the card to play the games wasn't working. They did have a basketball hoop and a playground.

When we arrived on the Sunday there was only one slide open. Then it closed for Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday my kids were excited to use the water slides. They told us we’d be lucky if they open the slides for an hour. But they never opened and were told by another staff that they are only open now on weekends. I was excited they had a shuttle bus we could us. I went to book two sets at 7:14pm for the next morning. They told us sorry reservations ended at 7:00pm you’re out of luck. That was never told to us. So we had to pay for a rental car. My kids spent the days looking at the water slides from our room with no ability to use the park. They never cleaned our room the entire room we were there. When I asked the front desk for pool towels she snapped at me. Even after I pointed at the sign that stated ask front desk for pool towels. The bathroom was so moldy we had to run the fan the entire time with the door closed. Beds were comfortable though…

Waterslides were not working for our entire stay. The whole reason we chose this spot was because of the water park. The resort is run down and dirty. We saw several roaches in our room, and mold which explained the extreme mold smell. Room was not clean and we found hair all over the shower and bathroom floor. Their continental breakfast was boiled eggs and dry cereal with no milk and not even a bowl to eat it from. When I spoke to the staff they told me they couldn't do anything and I had make a complaint on the website. When I made a complaint, they did not offer to give me any refund. They offered me reward points and immediately tried to get me to sign up for their program. I will never stay at a Ramada or Wyndham hotel again. This is the worst experience I had with a hotel. DO NOT GO THERE! YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED!

The main attraction was supposed to be the water park. This was our only reason we booked this place.The main issue with the entire property is the lack of staff. When we arrived we were informed that the slides were only open 2 hours a day from 2pm-3pm and 4pm-5pm. I spoke with the manager who said that the slides needed to be closed for “maintenance”. We stayed 6 days and never once saw “maintenance” being performed. The lazy river is only 2.5 feet deep. There is another pool which is actually heated and goes as deep as 8 ft. That was the best pool. In a nutshell, your room will not be cleaned unless you request it then night before, and even when you request it still may not get cleaned. Rooms are only cleaned every other day. The pool towels are tiny, I am a size 6 and I was barely able to wrap around my hips. The breakfast was continental so my expectations were already low but it was even worse. The rooms are extremely damp. We often kept door open just to air out. There was air condition but it was not always hot enough to run it just very damp. This place could be better if they had sufficient staff. That is the main issue. I suspected this place would not be up to par when I could never get anyone on the phone weeks prior to my arrival. Do not stay here.

Our experience at the hotel was mixed, leaning toward disappointing due to several outdated features and maintenance issues. The continental breakfast was quite basic and didn’t start until later in the morning, which didn’t align with our schedule—we noticed signs advertising an upgraded option for $9.99, but we opted out. The room appeared clean at first glance, but after showering, I discovered the floors were surprisingly dirty, leaving the soles of my feet dark brown by bedtime. Amenities were limited: there was no refrigerator, only a microwave and coffee maker. The ceiling fan wouldn’t turn on, and the TV remote was non-functional, forcing me to navigate channels using the TV’s built-in buttons. My daughter was excited about the water park, but it closed at 6 PM, and since we arrived close to closing time, we weren’t provided passes. We were informed of a heated pool as an alternative, but it felt quite chilly—though she still had fun splashing around. Overall, the property feels very dated, and these shortcomings make it unlikely we’d choose to stay here again. A bit more attention to cleanliness, functionality, and guest convenience could go a long way.

From the moment we checked in, we were given the wrong room. Then the smell of the room was awful & immediate. There was a smell of must & sulfur. We complained but were told that thats florida water. We did not get every 3rd day housekeeping as advertised, we had to request the service but even then housekeeping didnt come. So, if you want on vacation to empty your garbage, grab your own towels from front desk, throwing the used towels outside your door in hopes they would get back...this place was AWFUL. The shuttle did not go to every park for free, the staff recommended not taking it, if you were going to Epcot, as we did, they advised the driver will take you to Disney springs and then you can take a disney bus to disney world. This place had a nasty surprise for us every day...there are a fee restaurants with in blocks...a great Wing restaurant 2 blocks away...this is the ONLY plus to staying here. The hottub didnt have warm water, the slides were shutdown, looked permanent, so...things were not as they appeared in the photos. If you have booked a stay here we recommend CANCELING!!!!!!
