Overall we had a great stay. The cottage we had was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We did use the hot tub and had some issue but it was fixed the next day. Checking in and out was fast. The location was convenient and near Disney so that was a plus. We feel safe. Would definitely stay again when visiting Disney World.

Me and my family had a wonderful time and and there was so much to do in the resort and out. However the only gripe was the fact that the cottages stay at 75 degrees and cannot be lowered which makes for hot nights when you sleep.

Everything was great! Except the remote in living room did not want to work half the time. But we weren't there much due to visiting Disney. But at night we liked to wind down in living room. We never reached out to the front desk only cuz wasnt big enough deal. Perfect spot! Plenty of places to eat and pick up needed items. At night, traffic was busy, but not too bad. Close to Disney Parks. Very cute townhouses.

The Cottages are amazing, very cute and clean. Has everything you may need for a weekend or even a week. In an excellent location. The resort as a whole is super good, lots to do just walking distance !

The place was really nice, with plenty of room for everyone. But, the normal amenities were lacking. They would not provide extra towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc., etc!! We called several times about heating the hot tub; we were told there was nothing they could do about it. There was a coffee machine, but no filters, coffee,etc. We were NOT going for a week vacation, so would not expect to have to buy such things for just a couple days stay. So, it's sad that the little things can ruin the overall family time!
