Amazing place to stay

We absolutely loved this place. It was clean, comfortable for our party of 8 and the amenities were great! We enjoyed the lazy river, pool and water slide at the club next to the community.

Debe mejorar la comunicacion

Hemos tenido muchos inconvenientes en la comunicacion con el rentador, la verdad una comunicacion poco clara y hasta contradictoria. Hemos viajado con la incertidumbre de poder ingresar al lugar ya que ellos habian informado una cosa y a ultimo momento lo cambiaron . Y el personal de Hoteles.com no resolvio el incoveninete ante las reiteradas veces que llamaron a la propiedad y no han podido tampoco comunicarse. El servicio de hospitalidad no es bueno y a la casa le faltan bastante accesorios de cocina. Fuente pizzera, tablas varias para picar , ensaladeras. tiene lo basico pero por el precio hay mejores
