The hotel is the worst place to be. Bad smelling, noisy, worse conditions to sleep, bed that hurt your body, broke bathroom, sink broken, bathroom clogged sink, lizard and cockroaches in the bedroom etc. the worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life. It was unique to see homeless people sleeping in the lobby. Roaches when come in to pee at 3am. Stray cats spraying all around the stairs. Lots of mold everywhere. Rust on lamps. Stained bed spreads. Elevator broken and we were on the 3rd floor.

1: Quality of hotel is very very poor. Kindly see pictures attached. 2: Wifi doesn’t work, toilet is broken, toilet leaks, mould in washroom, mould in fridge, housekeeping only after 2 days and didn’t even change bed sheets nor did they clean the floor. 3: No fridge no microwave in room had to ask for it multiple times. Where can I send pictures and videos for the room. 4: Also cockroaches in room and Tv was broken, the hotel replaced it but the remote did not work properly. 5: Also informed every day about wifi no action to fix it and the hotel charges $5 per day for wifi/in room safe/phone calls 6: In room safe is a joke will share the picture. 7: The front desk lady during checkout was very very rude. Did not apologize, nor did she want to come and check the room out for the issue that are mentioned above. I asked for manager but she stated that they were not available. She continuously stated why we didn’t check out early. She is so rude that she need to be coached properly by the management. There was a housekeeping older lady when I was there, so you can confirm with her, how calmly and patiently I was talking and requesting her to refund our reservation. But she became very aggressive and rude. I can’t believe how you have even hired such a person. No customer service skills whatsoever.

When I first got there the room I had originally didn’t locked and there wasn’t a microwave or a fridge. The second room I got was little bit better but there was “hot sauce” stains underneath a table. The hotel is connected to a restaurant and the first floor smells like the restaurant. Honestly i just stayed there to sleep and shower that was it. The drive way is shared with the restaurant and the road is extremely busy. To the parents out there definitely choose a different place!

Didn't have my children so I was okay to sleep in a cheap hotel because we would only need it to sleep. There is mold everywhere. We stayed in a room with a door that connected to someone else's room and could hear children screaming all night. Tv didn't work right, they said they'd send one up and never did. Holes in the wall. Very thin blanket. Mold in the bathtub bad and wasn't cleaned before we got to our room. Smells like weed so badly. The staff were nice but I came here in March and my other room was way better and I feel like it wasn't as dirty. Also our sink in the bathroom had a towel holding it together.

First room we got 156 on the first floor stink like mold, it was very dirty, the phone didn't work, and beds were wet, the floor the ceiling was wet as well like too much condensation. They changed our room to the one next door room 158. This bedroom was even worse. This one had no sheets on both beds. There was no tv. There was no phone and it still had mold smells and was extremely dirty. Then they gave use another room on the 4th floor. It actually smelled better on this floor being the whole building smelled like mold when walking into the hotel itself. This room smelled better however phone does not work and the floor were dirty it had someone else hair on the floor and food residue. I can tell this hotel does not sweep, mop, wipe down or clean the toliets the proper way. The bathtub had hair in it. To add the cherry on top all the rooms that we had gotten did not have any towel, hangers, or face cloths, and all the ac in each room were leaking. I would not reccommend at all sadly they don't do refunds because this hotel so desperate in needing our funds that's how bad it truly its here. The hallways in the hotel in each floors are not clean they are really dirty. The picture of the hole that was in the hallway when walking to the elevators i seen a hole on the floor. Update: i just woke up and i guess the outlet on my side did not work my phone was really low battery. went to make coffee and the coffee maker was dirtyy and had to move it to the bathroom to plug it.
