We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the beautiful and comfortable rooms to the excellent service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and had a wonderful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I really greatful for choosing this hotel for our stay. It was my parents 65th birthday celebration and everyting went great. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, the restaurants are top notch. The staff made my parents birthday celebration possible! I usually don't write reviews but this one was a must. Thank you Signia and staff!

The facility was clean and the staff was great! Had some difficulty on check out day with 2 elevators being down, but you never know when machinery will need a repair. Would highly recommend La Luce for dinner. Great staff and amazing food

Great pool and the hotel itself was pristine. Staff were excellent. The room was ok. I would have preferred more comfortable beds. Also rooms do not have freezer or microwave. Only small fridge.

The hotel was fantastic - beautiful, clean, comfortable. The room was super spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Clean bathroom. The lobby was very spacious, beautiful and clean. Super convenient coffee shop with food, snacks, wine in the lobby that is open late and opens early. Great zero entry pool with lazy river. Good food poolside too and excellent drinks at The Beech. Shuttle to the Disney parks and Disney Springs is so convenient. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. 10/10 experience.

Beautiful hotel, it felt grand and luxurious. The staff were all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is providing a place for guests to do their own laundry. That was a little frustrating, and I didn't realize there wasn't a laundry room at the hotel until I had to do some. We had to go 9 miles away to wash clothes. Other than that, excellent stay!

The property is properly maintained and staff was very helpful. The young lady who assisted us with Disney tickets (on 06/30), was very helpful and made sure we understood the Disney app before leaving.

Beautiful hotel, wide variety of food options, excellent atmosphere, exceptionally clean. Staff in all areas were prompt, friendly, and helpful. The lazy river was fantastic. The convention center was an excellent location for professional development and meetings. The proximity to Orlando life, Disney, and Universal was perfect!! Highly recommend!

It was so clean and no matter what staff member I asked, my questions always got answered. I loved the texting service they provided if you need anything. They cleaned my room every day I stayed and I was very happy with that! I stayed for 5 nights and I would go back again!

The hotel was beautiful! The pool area was fun for kids, my only complaint was the room we were given on the third floor overlooked a roof. Our view of the resort for an entire weekend was literally a roof! What a bummer! Otherwise, everything was great...
