The staff was wonderful and so was the area and the property. Extremely close to the Disney World parks and on main road to quickly get to Universal Studios and related parks. Would definitely book again.

We loved the location of this hotel! The pool and the size of the room were also great. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the room. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. On our second day we got our room cleaned. I’ve never seen a room “cleaned” so poorly. There were great things about this hotel but I’m disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms.
