We booked through expedia.. loved the swan because it was convenient to Epcot which was our main destination but no matter where we wanted to go, magic kingdom, Disney Springs Hollywood studios or the Boardwalk there was free transportation. Also there are many hotels in the area with different restaurants to try. The Swan is also connected with the Dolphin hotel and you can use all the facilities. The Dolphin has a beautiful pool with a waterfall and a bar area with lively music. I would stay again

The property was in a great location near Hollywood Studios and Epcot. The resort fees are high for the few amenities they hype up and $40/day parking is steep. Overall we liked the hotel and recent room remodeling. Late check out at noon was superb!

Would recommend this hotel for everyone! The rooms had ample space for everything. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We ate at all the restaurants and everything was to our liking. Transportation to the parks was easy and readily available. Very convenient having transportation to Disney Springs. You do however have to walk a bit to enter. Of course it was raining the day we went so that made it challenging but worth it.
