"My wife and I had a wonderful stay here for two weeks from 12th November to 26th November to celebrate my 70th birthday. The hotel and room was lovely (we had a room overlooking Volcano Bay). We found all of the staff to be polite and helpful and a real credit to the hotel, unlike lots of hotels. But some were outstanding.
