"Our 2nd stay at this property and it still remains as one of the best hotels we have stayed in.The staff are friendly,polite & professional.The free morning breakfast more than adequate to start the day.Great to have a pool as well. Also hats off to the maintenance department who fixed the air conditioning unit 25 minutes after we reported it. Recommended once again,keep up the good work."

"The staff was very friendly during check the check in process however I never received a welcome cookie like I previously saw other reviewers mentioned. Also there was no microwave in the room so I could not reheat any leftovers. There was also a $150 incidental fee charged that I was unaware would be charged during check in. The room was very clean but the bathroom needs to be renovated as the sink wood bottom was cracked and peeled off."

"Friendly Staff, good breakfast, hotel is in great condition, room was clean and well maintained . there is ample parking. Convenient to universal studios and many restaurants. "

"Really enjoyed our stay …truly a 10/10 experience. It was close to everything, which made getting around super convenient. The water park was a great bonus, but honestly the best part was how close it was to all the attractions. The mini villas were beautifully decorated, cozy, and so comfortable that I ended up oversleeping every day. Definitely a place I’d come back to again. 100% Recommend."

"Great choices reminded me of college cafeteria/campus a lot of things to do, great gym and pool options. Honestly there is nothing bad I can say and the staff text me to see if we needed anything taken to our room. It was great, if I had to give one bad thing would only be that I had to pay for parking but they do provide a bus to take you to the parks so that makes up for it since you don’t have to pay attraction parking fees."

"The room had an unpleasant smell when we first entered. The rooms weren’t cleaned regularly; it was something that needed to be requested, and the employee provided me with incorrect information a day before my arrival at the property. Consequently, I ended up paying more money. "
