We felt the washroom room layout is off because the sink is located outside the bathroom; you are opening the door handle with unwashed hands. "Very close to Universal Studios, which they offer a free shuttle to with pickup. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of food options. Rooms were clean and spacious. My only complaint was our check in. We got there early, 1:30 pm and check in is 3:00. They said about a half hour. At 2:00 no room and they said another 30 minutes. Checked again at 2:30 and was told the room still not ready, try back in 30 minutes. At 3:00 which was the normal check in time, they again said the room...

"Amazing place to stay for our trip to Universal Studios! The hotel had a shuttle each day in the morning and night time. Always right on time and always had enough room. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious each day with lots of variety. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also had coffee and hot water always available which was pleasant. Great location and easy to get in and out of with free parking! Couldn’t recommend enough! Come and enjoy! "
