"Great hotel located near Universal and not far from Disney. Clean. Quiet. Updated. Spacious rooms. It was perfect."

"No microwave available for cooking. The AC had a humming noise, and the bed frames made noise. Ac vibrations were load enough to be heard from bed frame while asleep. Main desk never said wifi had additional charges while checking in. There was no body wash liquid in bathroom when checkedin."

"the front desk receptionist Damion was professional and very helpful. He went the extra mile to assist us to get a meal from the dining room which was about to be closed. The hotel was clean and well laid out. The buffet breakfast was well worth the value."

"I love this hotel and it’s so convenient, you’re literally within proximity of the parks and the mall. Our room was so clean and smelled so fresh, the staff was very helpful, even the pool was great."

"We traveled with our four kids 13 and under for a volleyball tournament and we have no complaints. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great! Will definitely stay here again."

Water park water was warm and relaxing with plenty of lounge chairs and shade for the entire family. Food at the cafe was good too. Beds were soft and comfortable. Not too mention all of the attractions near the resort. Overall, everyone enjoyed the experience."
