"The pictures are an accurate description of the hotel. Staff was okay not on the cheerful side but okay . Only major complaint I have is room service we stayed for 5 days and our room was never cleaned. I requested for our room to be cleaned and when we came back only thing housekeeping did was make the bed and gave new towels. But the trash wasn’t taken nor was the carpet vacuumed . Our tv couldn’t access Amazon prime because of an internet issue . But besides that it’s was a good stay the bed...

"Very loud all the time. Our room was on the side with the shuttles and for almost 18 hours a day there are people talking loudly and lights and beeping. Do not recommend unless you are guaranteed a room on the far side."

"The property was clean and up to date, the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only criticism would be that there wasn't a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we has to call for more and wait. Also, next time ill be sure to book a room closer to the elevator because it was a lengthy walk to our room but other than those two minor inconveniences, everything was great and ill definitely be back."

"Me gustó la habitación lo que no me gusta es que el parqueadero me lo cobraron por horas no por días no me parece justo y que la limpieza no va incluida la señora que me atendió en recepción no me gustó por qué empezó a hablar en un tono muy feo como que por ser un apartamento y no una villa no teníamos algunos beneficios y eso no importa lo importante era que nos atendieran igual así no sea villa y la limpieza no me gusta por qué ella dijo no tienen derecho a limpieza ustedes mismo lavan y...

"Kind staff, clean room, great breakfast. The complementary shuttle to the Universal was plus, although it was operated at a delayed schedule. I was very satisfied with the stay."
