"Beds were old and uncomfortably worn out. Pillows as well. Our shower was broken, and could only be turned on halfway. The hotel itself is very loud for an airport hotel, from the windows to the hallways to the doors. Rooms are large but I would take half the size for a comfortable bed and updated washroom."

"We booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised on Expedia as offering a 24/7 free airport shuttle. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was very disappointing. After landing at Orlando International Airport, we called the hotel and the front desk instructed us to go to Terminal C, Ground Transportation level, pickup spot C271. We were told that the driver would be notified. We rushed there with our luggage because we did not want to keep the shuttle driver waiting, but no shuttle...

"We just stayed for a night. Very helpful front desk. Breakfast was good. Airport pickup had 30 mins waiting. I did not realize I had to call them. It’s best you call them as soon as you get out of the flight and request shuttle."

"The only minus is that there is no on-site pool available at the moment. The pool appears to be in a state of disrepair. Also, if you need to enter at night, you should be aware of the sprinkling system surprising you."

"This was a great pick! The staff, in particular John and Fadwa were beyond helpful. Polite, welcoming and made me feel like I was staying with friends!"

"Room was very clean , large and well maintained. Large area for games and sitting. Pool area clean and well used by families. Very close to Busch Gardens but you do need a vehicle if you want to go out to eat. Note that brfst ends early - 9am during the week."
