"Staff were all very pleasant and helpful from breakfast staff, bartender, front desk, concierge, and souvenir store attendant. Outside of hotel was very well kept. Great location with Universal Studios nearby, restaurants, shopping and many attractions. We were there in early May of 2026, so weather was awesome and area was not too crowded. It is a good place to stay if you do not want to spend a ton of money while being nearby to the amusement park."

"Kitchen was equipped with stove, refrigerator, & microwave, but no oven. The bed was very comfortable. Very disappointed that for a two bedroom suite, that there was no balcony or outdoor area. Also disappointed that there were no vent fans in the bathrooms. Snacks were VERY expensive. Be sure to stop at Walmart first. "

"The good: The location was incredibly convenient for the convention center. We were able to walk the mile to get there each day. The hotel was off the main street so it was quiet. The staff was incredibly cheerful and helpful. The not so good: I prepaid for breakfast and I wish I hadn’t. The food was meh. The second and third days I had to request that the items I ordered came with everything described on the menu because the first day they left items out. It didn’t feel worth it to pay $50...

"Nice property and hotel with good breakfast, but we did not get room service (cleaning, fixing bed, new towels) for 2 of the 3 nights we were there. We had to go down and literally tell them FIX our room. Cost of staying is not cheap so it must be mandatory to fix all rooms every day, no exceptions."

The amenities were outstanding, especially the complimentary breakfast, dinner (the website called this "snacks", but it is a full dinner!), drinks, and all-day popcorn and fountain drinks. "I was very impressed with our stay here. We arrived very late just to rest our heads so we could move on over to Helios for our Epic Universe vacation. Upon looking around at the pool and splash pad, we would have loved to have stayed here during the day!
