"This place needs an entire makeover. It felt dirty and needs major updating, the hot tub was broken, the pool was full of sand the doorways to your room have not been washed or painted in probably years and the breakfast consisted of a saran wrapped chocolate chip mini muffin"

"The room was awful, you could see through the towels and it was not clean. My granddaughter and I were attacked by a dog twice. Once when we were walking to our room and then again when I decided the room was not acceptable. I requested refund and you did send refund for one night but I paid for 2 nights. I would like the remainder of what I paid refunded as well. Thank you "

"Our stay was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The view from the property was great and all of the staff were super friendly. Hope to stay here again sometime soon. "

"The room was clean. But not as expected. We were in town for Cheer nationals. This hotel is half hotel, half motel- which was not anticipated. There are 3 separate buildings . We were located the furthest building. A motel with room entry on the outside of the building. Located in the Harley Davidson parking lot, along with a dozen other motorcycle stores and a few pubs. Area was ok, nice enough. But the room had very thin walls and the ceiling fan rattled. On the second night the WiFi went down with no fix. Breakfast was included, but we didn’t go to the main building in time. There was a tub shower in the room, but the water was like warm, never got “hot”. The staff were great. Very nice and welcoming- checked in a little early with no problems. "

"Limited parking. Room was in the middle of being upgraded and partially repainted but not completely. Door lock was partially broken and someone could have easily broken into our room if they really wanted to. It was nice that it was so close to the beach."
