"The hotel is in a fabulous quiet location, breakfast - typical Turkish - can be taken overlooking the river, watching the fish, cormorants, kingfishers and Nile turtles have theirs too. The rooms are simply furnished, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, aircon, a fridge and a shower with ample hot water. It's a small family run establishment. Kadir, the manager, is friendly and helpful as are all the staff. The gardens are nicely kept as is the pool with loungers and shade available. The many return...

"Fantastic location, excellent breakfast and a wonderful restaurant overlooking the river with a great menu and very tasty food but the thing that makes it VERY SPECIAL are the helpful friendly staff. They do everything they can to make you feel relaxed and at home. Particularly special thanks to Gigdem who went out of her way to help us. Thank you. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Dalyan. Perfect place from which to visit the Lycian tombs and the incredible ancient city of Kaunos."

"Great overnight stay. Host was very welcoming after our late arrival from a flight. The suite was huge and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was every amenity you would need for a self catering stay. Would not hesitate to stay again if needed a stop over again en route to Bodrum."

"Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble.Turkish breakfast was enough for 4 people. Was only 2 of us, so next morning asked for omelette, fried eggs and toast instead and the owner was only too happy to do this for us. Location is excellent. Room was basic but very clean. "
