New modern hotel with wonderful staff who are happy to help anytime. Very friendly and would be very happy to return

First time to Dalyan and staying at this small hotel made it all the more enjoyable for me.Its in a quiet area about 10 mins walk into centre. Sit out on the jetty at the back Tombs across the river lit up at night. Its just so peaceful and relaxing.Just what I needed. The odd turtle coming up to have a look at you.A real experience.

Immaculately clean and excellent hosts

What a lovely place to stay before an early morning flight. Such a friendly host, checkin was hassle free, comfortable place with all amenities. We even tried some home made turkish cuisine and fresh fruits from the tree nearby. If you are driving i highly recommend to visit the beach in the bay which is perfect for snorkelling. Highly recommend to stay here.

This hotel is remote. Tranquil, beautiful and welcoming. The pool view rooms are gorgeous. Spacious, comfortable bed, large bathroom. The hotel is modern and so much attention paid to the details. The Hamman is a treat, the 80min full treatment was divine. The hotel manager, Delik has been the best host. Taking care to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend, hope to be back.

Very friendly and helpful family run hotel. Very accommodating. Amazing garden and lovely pool

Due to the amount of rain and end of season The sun bed mattresses were wet and lots of leaves on them .. It would have been better if the had removed them then put them out again .

We traveled as a couple for a birthday and had a lovely time. When we arrived we were given lemonade and checked in swiftly. The bell boy took us and our bags up to our hotel room. The room was clean and tidy and looked over the pool and the sea. During our stay we used the majority of the facilities both free and those you pay extra for; there were a few different pools and we mainly used the adults pool (16+) as we do not have children and did not want to be disturbed by them on our...

Lovely stay, staff friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.

Amazing hotel, great service and food - choose here if you are going to Dalyan

We really enjoyed our stay at the Smyrna Hotel, and would highly recommend it! The hotel has a great location in the centre of town, a nice pool, comfortable room, lovely breakfasts, and friendly staff. Overall excellent value. We felt very safe and looked after, and would definitely stay there again. Çok teşekkür ederim!

The apartment was impeccably clean, probably as clean if not cleaner than 6 star resorts. Even the balcony, and the stairs were clean to beyond a clinical level. The apartment also had all the facilities you could require all at an astonishingly low price.

This is a cost effective basic hotel. The property is I believe an ongoing project as they seem to be working on it in places. It is a little cluttered in places with equipment and building supplies etc but all the important things we needed and wanted were there. It was a bit of a climb down from Hilton but we needed a cool room, shower, Wi-Fi and pool all of which were of a good standard. The room and pool were clean and well presented and the bathroom was new and nicely done. The welcome from...

Fabulous!

Brilliant trip family run exceptionally clean and little dated re interior but all functional and certainly good for the price. Fabulous pool and garden area. Beautiful setting. My balcony looked straight over the pool. It's about 17 minutes walk into town through rural and residential areas. Perfectly safe i dud it on my own late evening. Ali and his family are delightful . Would definitely stay again.
