She is very pleasant and her room is restful and traditional Japanese. It was a great entry to Japan.She even had a selection of pillows."

"There were stains on the bottom floor so it was hard to determine cleanliness. We had to move the beds in order to access the ladder. There were a lot of signs to remind us to be quiet and it made me think this was more of an airbnb in a residential area. This was fine for a one night stay but it didn't feel comfortable at all for five people. They were very responsive online and the instructions on how to self check-in was very easy to understand."

"Located next to a bar which operate until wee hr with noise and cigarette smoke coming into the room. Very bad experience. Don’t feel safe in that area. "
