"It's a good hotel but the staff are not customer service oriented, this was the first hotel in which we got to deposit our luggage by ourselves in a room i.e. when we asked about depositing our luggage the staff gave us a key to a room in which it was plenty of other luggages, no staff followed or ..."

"Clean hotel with friendly staff. Parking is underground- no larger vehicle parking. The “on site laundry “ does not exist- they send it out and it takes days. Nice breakfast."
