"My favourite hotel room ever! So cool and fun lovely room, unreal bed and love swivel tv in the Junior suite room especially so you can watch from sofa or bed at the perfect angle!! Staff are always lovely and the pip restaurant is really good. Air con - heart of city close to shops,restaurants and bars! Whats not to love!"

"Room was clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was ok- only scrambled egg on offer. Issue with room key so meant staff had to keep coming up with us to let us in. "

"I checked in just before 2pm so got complementary early checkin. The room was a delux room with king size bed. The bed was two singles put together which was really annoying as i woke up at one point stuck between the mattresses as one moved. The side lamp on the sideboard didnt work. The net curtains were not very clean and fraided. The bathroom is a nice size but the water pressure on the overhead shower wasnt great..in facr a huge disappointment. The sink wouldnt drain quickly so you had a pool of water that took an age to drain. The pressure in rhe toilet cistern wasnt great. Had to do a couplr of flushes. The second day i was there my room wasnt made up. I had to ask for fresh towels..come on this is a 5 star hotel!!!. Breakfast and the staff were on point, great service. Would i stay there again...No! I rate thid hotel as 3 stars, nothing special. I was in room 112 if housekeeping want to check the room. These things should have been reported before customers arrive."

"Hotel was lovely but I had no running water in my room in the evening, this meant I couldn’t wash or shower, when I raised with staff I was told they will bring me some bottles to help but currently the water is down Didn’t get offered any type of help or even recompense to aid with this "

"Ideally situated for Manchester events and on the periphery of town for easy access . Forgot to ask for car parking discount code and it wasn't offered on exit Staff answered all good queries and service was prompt and of quality. Gym was good but a little small for how busy it was. Lovely accommodation and hotel. Would stay again "
