"Staff were nice, polite and friendly, as always, which is a big reason we've stayed a few times now. Along with the leisure facilities, which are maintained well. Room was clean and had a fan,which was appreciated due to the very warm weather. We'll look forward to hopefully staying again next year."

"Very disappointed that Blue Badge holders were forbidden to use the disabled parking spaces , as they were reserved for able body conference attendees. Doesn't the government have legislation on this?? We have stayed in a number of hotels in Harrogate, and this is our favourite ( so far)."

"Just one thing was the room we were in 411 was very hot, when asked for a fan on the first night they didn’t have any left and our windows only opened a few inches on the second night we got a fan but it was broken with a crack on the bottom so made to much noise to use. It wonderful sleep unfortunately."
