"Spacious, clean, good location for getting aound on foot, and for buses, trains, and local Sainsbury's 5 mins away. A bit noisy from neighbouring buildings' air conditioning and nearby beer garden. We would have appreciated instructions for using the TV & DVD (it took us ages to figure out, and we never managed to connect the DVD to the TV), and coat hooks in the hall, bedrooms and bathrooms would have been useful."

The images on the website didn't accurately represent the room, (paid extra for a larger room) which was a letdown from the start. But it was alright. Upon arrival, I noticed the kitchen area had dirty marks all over the gloss cabinets, as well as long black hairs on the floor in the lounge, which suggested a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process.
