"Location perfect for our group get together - 30 mins stroll into Skipton.
Breakfast good however staff need more training in replenishment of items
Dinner OK - very expensive for what it was as were drinks. Service not great as order taken incorrectly meaning one of our group got his meal later than the rest - they didn't charge him for it.
Reception staff very good & helpful"

"He turned up and the room was a state.
Not cleaned.
McDonald’s takeaway all over the place and it smelt. Window open etc.

"I don’t usually post negative comments but feel on this occasion it’s require based on the room rate. Our room including bathroom was slightly tired and is in need of a refreshment and lacked your normal toiletries for this level of hotel.
The mini fridge compressors was very loud and as such led to both nights of poor sleep, not ideal when you book a weekend away to recover.
However, the main building was very beautiful and had a nice lounge to relax in the evening."
