"It was a nice Japanes experience with the futon on the floor. Only two points negative. There was no towels for the shower unless you rented it for 200 yen. Breakfast was only croissants with coffee, juice,butter and jam. "

"9月で20度以下になる日だったのですが、まだ暖房が出ないと言われました。長袖があったからまだよかったですが、予約時にアナウンスがあれば良かったなと思いました。到着後フロントマン の方が丁寧に説明していただけたのでそこまで嫌な気持ちにはならなかったのですが、やはり冷え込みましたので、ちょっと引っかかりました。"

"音楽堂や、八ヶ岳高原ヒュッテなど由緒ある美しい建築物を丁寧に維持管理していて素晴らしいです。サービスも行き届き皆温かい笑顔で対応していただき、良い新年を迎えることが出来ました。6歳と4歳の孫も普通のディナーでしたがほぼ完食でした。40年前にヒュッテに立ち寄り2度目でしたが変わっておらず感激でした。次回はコンサートに合わせて宿泊したいです。"
