"Clean room"

"Very close to Shinagawa Station yet still a very quiet room. Lots of amenities nearby including restaurants, 7 Eleven, drug store... Only downside was the room was a bit warm and A/C was not very effective."

"Fantastic experience, my wife ran the Tokyo Marathon in March so we stayed here for 8 nights. Everything was perfect, clean room perfect housekeeping everyday, easy access to breakfast and 7 eleven inside the hotel, even the location was just a 15 minutes train ride to the busier districts. I would definitely stay at Grand Prince Takanawa again."

"I would give this hotel okay at best. Not what was expected. Bare minimum for dorm like stay! Breakfast was disappointed. Ran out of bread by 8:30 am. No fruit, cheese or cereals. Very disappointing. Book based on ratings but not a hotel I’d book again Close to train station "

"It can be a bit confusing for the first time as this is on the 4th floor. My friend did not find the hotel when he came to visit. The location is superb, easy transportation, lots of nice and good value good/snacks. Connected to Shibuya Stream, great shopping access. I know some people think this is out of the Shibuya shopping zone, but we think this is perfect as it is right on the outskirt of the zone, easy to walk to without the noise and traffic. We did not see the crossing from our room given it was a corner room. The room size was very nice, with dedicated sofa and desk area. We can see Shibuya from both sides of the windows. The hotel offers LG steamer, which turned out to be very useful, after heavy meals. The staff members have been very nice. We could tell they were trying their best to help despite the language barrier sometimes. We had a great time here and we will come back here next time to Tokyo. "

"Really nice central hotel. Able to walk to Shibuya crossing and all the near by attractions. Nice staff- we’ll be back. We booked this hotel with 3 adults and we got a room with 3 beds. "

"Cool hotel with more spacious rooms and well organized. We chose it for proximity to Haneda and its public baths. It was a solid choice but th bath is pretty straightforward and not as hot as could be. Breakfast buffet is good but not amazing. Likely a good value for convenience certainly but not amazing. "
