My only gripe with the place is the third party parking they use is absolutely ridiculous. It’s in the basement which is normal lower in height than most parking, cost is super high, very small and tight spaces and if you’re deep enough the lane becomes one way so you have to watch out for on coming traffic when you’re coming in and leaving. That AND the material selection for the furniture is suede which I’m sure was cleaned thoroughly but whenever we sat on it felt dirty and like something was biting us. Not a smart material. Other than those two minor things that they won’t be able to change it was a nice hotel with nice staff

Really enjoyed my stay, it is a great location. I enjoyed the ease of check in and getting in the rooms. My room wasn’t the cleanest, but I wasn’t spending a lot of time in the room so it wasn’t an issue. The bedroom doesn’t have a tv, so if that’s important to you, don’t pick the one bedroom! The staff I interacted with were wonderful. Would stay again!

Sonder Rideau is in a great location that is walkable to major attractions and other areas. The property has great customer service and felt safe with their numerical pin system instead of tangible keys. Rooms were wonderfully sized with a kitchenette, fridge and other amenities. Download the user friendly App with all the info you need with features readily accessible. I highly recommend and look forward to staying here in the future! Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

My daughter and I stayed two nights. The room was fantastic, and the bed was super comfy! The front desk staff was very friendly, and helpful. The only thing was that the doors and elevators were very dirty. I really would recommend this hotel overall.
