"Very small room. Very thin mattress. The construction of the "second floor" on which you sleep doesn't feel much professional and a bit unsafe. The air gets stuffy very fast when sleeping because of the lack of space. The shared bathrooms were clean when we arrived but got absolutely disgusting by the second night with urine everywhere."

There is no reception or other kind of service to contact upon arrival or if assistance is needed - e.g., a clean towel, extra toilet paper etc. at least we weren’t informed on how to contact the “staff” (if they have any).
