10/10 Excellent
"My partner and I had a long stay here and said that we would come back to stay, if/when we visit the area again. The breakfast and menu for other meals is basic, though nothing to complain about. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The spa was also basic, though one might research for a more authentic experience; however, convenience satisfied with a relaxing massage. Overall, the facilities are nice with lounges, bar area, two restaurants, pool and poolside service. Plus, the view from the terrace is spectacular. "

"We spent one night at the riad and had a wonderful stay. Thanks to its proximity to the city center, we were able to explore the most interesting sights on foot. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Our pleasant stay was also thanks to the friendly owner, who also recommended a nice restaurant. We highly recommend it!"

"A Cinematic Masterpiece of a Stay: Le Temple des Arts
If you are looking for a stay that feels less like a hotel and more like stepping onto a Hollywood movie set, Le Temple des Arts is a dream come true. From the moment you pass through the carved wooden doors, you are transported into a world of pure imagination and Moroccan grandeur.
The Unique Ambience: This isn't just a boutique hotel; it’s a tribute to the silver screen. Each room is a beautifully themed "set"—we stayed in the Kundun suite, and the attention to detail was breathtaking. It felt authentic, luxurious, and wonderfully kitsch all at once.
The Service: The staff, especially Omar, deserve a standing ovation. They treat every guest like a VIP. Whether it was the attentive service at breakfast or the helpful tips for navigating the city, the hospitality was warm, genuine, and professional.
The Food: Breakfast by the pool was a highlight of our mornings. Fresh, traditional Moroccan pastries and perfectly made omelets served in a serene garden setting. We also dined at their restaurant, Out of Africa, which offered a delicious fusion of flavors that rivaled any high-end spot in town.
Verdict: Le Temple des Arts is for the traveler who wants something different. It’s quiet, intimate, and bursting with"

"Clean place "

Tirika Hotel la Gazelle
4/10 Poor
"As other reviews have said, the staff are superb, with the exception being that they charged me twice the price I should have and was required to pay them for the local tax. Having to pay them directly versus paying everything at once is a scam and it caused a big argument. This place should have been priced for 1/3-1/2 the cost Expedia is charging. I could have and should have stayed at a new, luxurious Ibis Hotel for less than this one charged. The hotel has seen much better days, of which I have witnessed. The only reason I paid this price is that I thought it had been remodeled. The pool was not chlorinated enough to use, and one of the only reasons I had booked this hotel. The WiFi didn’t work in my room. There was only hot water in the morning and not in the evening. For this price, there should be good WiFi, constant hot water, clean rooms, etc. My room was infested with sugar ants. There is a bar that is extremely loud all night long. To summarize, not only did I not receive any of the amenities listed, and not only did I pay too much via Expedia, but I was also charged more additional taxes than I was supposed to pay. I will not be booking future travel or accommodations with Expedia unless this is made right. Apparently leaving a review is my only option for communication with Expedia. I recommend dealing with hotels directly, as you will know what you are getting and pay a better or equal price."
