"My friend and I stayed here during a trip to climb Mount Toubkal and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we arrived to departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at the hotel who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. I would thoroughly recommmend this hotel to anyone wishing to spend time in the village of Imlil and its surroundings. My friend and I both enjoyed our stay, the food, the views and the peace and quiet temendously."

"The hotel arranged a taxi to collect us from Marrakech for 400MAD which was so helpful. We were greeted by such friendly staff and had a tea in the earing area with an incredible mountain view. Our room was basic but lovely, had everything we needed and plenty of blankets. We had an amazing dinner at the riad in the eating area with a lovely fire. The breakfast was great as well. One of our party is a coeliac and the riad were super accommodating. They also had a filter tap to refill bottles....

"Notre trop court séjour à l'hôtel boutique RAM a été des plus agréables. Nous avons été accueillis avec sollicitude. L'endroit était magnifique, tout comme notre chambre et les autres pièces de la maison/hôtel. La nuit passée à l'hôtel nous a permis de nous reposer dans le calme après plusieurs jours à bourlinguer dans différentes villes au Maroc. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner nous a été servi avec courtoisie, et il était délicieux. Bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner lors de notre prochain séjour à Marrakech. Au plaisir,"

"We had a great stay overall. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness mainly because of the size of the resort and the amount of people visiting daily. The staff were constantly cleaning and working around the clock, but guests can quickly make areas messy again. The only downside was the extra charges for early check-in and late check-out, which felt a bit steep, especially considering the standard check-in time is quite late at 3:00 pm and many travellers arrive on early flights. On the positive side, the evening and daytime entertainment were excellent, the grounds are beautiful, and the spa was lovely. The food was okay overall, but the fresh hot food was brilliant. The shuttle service to the square was also a really useful bonus."

"It is a great hotel. Friendly staff, conveniently located half the way between airport and the Medina. The buffet is very adequate, dinner in the other restaurant was very good . The pool is huge and nice. The drinks are very good. The only complaint is the pool: like in many other resorts, people start reserving lounge chairs and blocking the use for others. I can see chairs blocked for 4-6 hours without people using them. The staff should politely intervene . The food by the pool could have more variety . The spa/Hamman was good with excellent service and friendly staff. Another complaint here: I tried to call to reserve in advance and was impossible, nobody answered . The day I tried to schedule, everything was booked. I think the hotel had the potential to be the best on their category but they have to work in improve the experience."

"Honestly, the staff were so bad it was ridiculous. From the moment we arrived, they came across cold, blunt and completely uninterested in guests. My partner isn't Moroccan and the way he was spoken to felt noticeably different and uncomfortable. Most interactions felt like we were inconveniencing them simply by being there. I found myself having to be overly friendly just to get basic hospitality back, which made the whole experience feel awkward and forced. The evening entertainment was also a let-down. The show lasted around 15 minutes at 10pm and then that was it. My partner and I sat in the lounge area afterwards to enjoy the desert atmosphere, but a staff member kept circling around us and watching us. It became obvious he was annoyed that we weren't back in our tent by 11pm. They eventually switched off all the lights until the place was almost completely blacked out, leaving us with little choice but to call it a night lol. To top it off, our taxi driver back to Marrakech told us that out of all the Agafay camps (he’s a local there) , this one is known for having some of the poorest hospitality. He even mentioned they don't offer drivers something as simple as a glass of water while they're waiting, which says a lot about the overall attitude towards people. The desert itself was STUNNINGGG😍… but you can get those pics elsewhere!!! The hospitality fell far below expectations. I won’t be coming back, and I recommend to pick another camp."

"I came to stay with my daughter for her birthday. The experience was amazing. The staff are super friendly, a massive thank you to Sara, Loco and Spoofy for keeping us entertained and looked after. These guys all work super hard and it was easy to see how much the three of them love their jobs. The food was always delicious and plentiful. Thank you again for another great stay. I look forward to coming back soon."
