"Arrivés le jour de notre réservation comme prévu et à notre grande surprise nous apprenons que notre réservation avait été annulée !! Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivés selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . Le responsable decide tout de même de nous loger dans un appartement en attendant qu’une chambre puisse se libérer car il avait loué la notre ! "This has got to be the cutest hotel I have ever stayed at, and I have traveled a ton. I felt like I was in a fairy tale. The staff was very amicable and helpful with everything from bags to getting someone to do laundry or prapare breakfast. The front desk spoke English which was very helpful! There is no place to park near by., but we did not bring a car. You are in the middle of the downtown medina. Just a beautiful.town!!!"
