"Prezado(a), Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a hospedagem no estabelecimento Valhacouto, pois a experiência ficou abaixo do esperado em relação ao anúncio apresentado na plataforma. Logo na chegada, o quarto disponibilizado era diferente das fotos divulgadas e estava localizado a aproximadamente 100 metros da recepção, em uma área separada do local principal. Além disso, o padrão do quarto aparentava ser inferior ao esperado. Outro ponto relevante foi a questão da garagem, que ficava a mais de 300 metros do quarto e era descoberta, o que resultou no veículo exposto e sujo ao final da estadia. O acesso também era pouco prático, sendo necessário acionar a recepção sempre que precisava utilizar o carro, o que gerava desconforto tanto para mim quanto para os funcionários. Houve ainda dificuldades relacionadas ao acesso ao apartamento, pois havia apenas uma chave para múltiplos acessos, o que tornava o uso pouco funcional no dia a dia. Ao procurar a recepção para relatar os pontos e verificar a possibilidade de cancelamento, fui orientado a tratar diretamente com o Hotels.com, sem suporte ou alternativa por parte do estabelecimento. Dessa forma, deixo registrada minha frustração com a divergência entre a expectativa gerada pelo anúncio e a experiência real, considerando inclusive o valor pago pela diária. Meu objetivo com este relato é contribuir para que a situação seja avaliada e para que outros hóspedes tenham informações mais claras antes de efetuar a reserva."

"Amazing hotel. We had the premium room and the view was to die for, truly magical. Plus you get to see the sunrise from the room! Hotel staff were excellent and granted us slightly early check in which was nice. The amenities were great, including superb breakfast as well as the included tea time with amazing cakes. The area around the hotel is super safe and had no concerns walking around at night. In general we felt very safe in Paraty. Pharmacy and a small supermarket are within 2 mins walk. Very highly recommended."

"The rooms were very charming and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint would be that you can hear absolutely everything from your neighbours to conversations on the ground floor. "

"most things in the hotel where perfect, room, cleanliness, environment etc. my biggest problem was noise in the morning specially in the rooms facing back, they need to isolate better those windows because they let a lot of noise pass. wifi was also an issue without proper connection. finally shower would fluctuate constantly temperature with is annoying. other than that amazing experience. "

"The room is Ok but it’s old and smells the old thing. Then the toilet smells really bad, the one of sewer. Then the air conditioner dripping over my head so couldn’t sleep properly in my bed. As there is an single extra-bed in my room, luckily, I did spent my 3 nights there. Otherwise, it’s OK . The breakfast is perfect, full of good s things to eat but it’s starts only at 8h, so you couldn’t start your day earlier. None of the staff speak other language than Portugal. The good thing is the location is in the old town, so it’s just 5-10 min of walking and the bus station is just 5 min away. "
