"Wonderful spacious room. Great location with a balcony overlooking the concert area during the summer. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Covered parking, close to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again"

"Good automated communication with AvantStay. Some odd lighting and switches including primary dining table light that didn’t work. I’m sure if we had let them know someone would had looked at it, but not worth it for short stay. Small bathroom was compensated for by tons of towels which felt luxurious. Comfortable, big bed. Great location. "

"Pros: Efficient space in an excellent location, easy walk to the center of town and the gondola. Nice shared yard with a table and chairs. Cons: The window didn't open (was "out of order" per a note taped to it) so got pretty stuffy in the August heat. Only other challenge was that parking was sometimes unavailable on premise, though we didn't have much trouble finding spots on the street."

"The apartment was nice enough, but we were somewhat turned off by the lack of maintenance and housekeeping. The king bed was made up with a full size fitted bottom sheet which obviously didn't fit the mattress. We found a spare flat sheet that we used to replace the non-fitting sheet. The hosts never offered to fix it for us. There were also a number of maintenance items that really need to be addressed: Oven clock just blinked 24/7 with no numbers and had no knob (missing) to set the clock....
