"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. En la habitacion solo habia 1 tomacorriente para cargar dispositivos electronics, cada vez que el.aire acondicionado se detenía, el techo del baño Drenaba agua, cae agua de las luces y corre por las paredes, despues de explicarlo en la recepcion, ni una disculpa."
