We got the basic room which was lovely, the bed was huge. However, the bathroom ceiling the paint was flaking off the ceiling quite a large spot over the bath/shower.

The room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the River Tune. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was super comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and happy to help.
