Lighting in the bathroom is always an issue for me (!) so as usual I had my mirror on the window sill in search of natural light. We ate in the pub on the first night, sharing a platter. Good menu. "We stayed for 4 nights at the Southport hotel and these were some of the tiniest rooms I’ve ever seen. We probably should’ve looked closely at the measurements of the room. We had a bunch of luggage as we were visiting from Australia. Brekky was good, people friendly but rooms too small and beds were very uncomfortable. "
