"Room was clean overall. Staff was friendly. Heating was loud but functional. Shower head had very strong flow. Comfortable bed. Door/window needs better insulation though. There were visible gaps that allowed noise and smell (cigarette from neighbors smoking outside) to enter the room. Room needs more hooks. There is a sign that encourages the reuse of towels but nowhere can we hang them to dry properly. We requested at front desk that no one comes to clean the room, since there was no sign...

"The parking lot was plowed and people were shoveling more snow when I checked in. But the parking space blocks are completely black and still covered in snow. A tiny bit of yellow on the ends but still invisible. I tripped on one while unloading my car. Thought I broke my knee. No. Just injured real bad. This is the SECOND time here in a month where the snow covered parking blocks cause me to trip & get hurt. I’ll never stay here again. There are other local places for about the same cost with...
