"Clean room and awesome staff!"

" I rate the Okana Resort 4 stars. No one explained the extra fees at check in or on Expedia, which was frustrating. The room also had a sewage smell, though the manager did make adjustments to help with the issue. The outdoor waterpark wasn’t open during our stay, and there was no room service available. On the positive side, the children had a great time, which helped make the stay better overall. Because of that, I’m giving it a 4‑star rating."

"The room was clean, but I opened the cabinet to the refrigerator and it was filled with dust. Also, there needs to be a wastebasket in the bathroom. However, the bathroom was very clean."

"It’s a small quirky place. Not a place for kids. Decently clean but not in the best condition or part of town. We had no problems at all, but the wife was used to more upscale places."

"I really enjoyed the hotel. It was really neat to see all of the history behind the building. The staff were all very courteous. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed the night we were staying. "
