"Check in was smooth and quick, appreciated being offered a floor preference for our room. The place was clean, smelled nice and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Our bedding was a little worn with pilling pillow cases and holes in the comforter. We enjoyed the hot tub although the pool was a little on the dirty side. The breakfast was great! "The staff were excellent. Unable to link movie apps from my phone. Staff tried to help, unsuccessfully. Pool was closed. Phone had extremely low volume and the staff and I couldn’t hear each other. After checkout $80 had been changed in addition to the amount charged at checkout. I called and told it was customary and would be refunded if I didn’t have a bar bill or damage to my room. I have to wait 10 business days for a refund. Ridiculous!"
