"I've stayed at this hotel several times and its a mixed bag. I've had hosue keeping walk in on me with no announcement on a previous visit. The problem with my most recent stay was that I was asleep when people in the next room arrived and were so loud i went downstairs to be moved. The clerk responded by giving me a room next to the laundry room, which I found unacceptable. That resulted in another trip downstairs to finally get the final room. This resulted in a downgrade from 1 king to 2 queen beds, which was not what I paid for. In any case, he didn’t see fit to apologize once. The morning staff handled it better but it still happened.
