"The hotel is stunning and beautifully decorated. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was also spacious and quite comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants and the Manchester museum. The only downsides were that the hotel exterior was undergoing renovation during our stay, which meant that we weren't able to view the city from our hotel room. "We only had an overnight stop here, but it was a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room and general public areas of the property were all fine. We had an evening meal and a full breakfast and they were both very tasty. Having an EV charger (22kW) in the car park was a really useful bonus as we left our car to charge overnight. Would definitely stay here again."
