"From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by lovely, friendly staff who checked us in straight away and gave us great recommendations, as it was our first time in Vienna. Our room was spotless and beautifully presented. We stayed in a studio-style room with a large, comfortable bed, sofa and a TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix and Prime. "The location was amazing. It is right off of the main city centre strip and maybe a 30 second walk from the St Stephen's cathedral. The lobby itself is worth a visit. Clean, spotless, sleek. It has a lovely atmosphere as soon as you come inside. The staff at the front desk were helpful, and polite, and spoke fantastic english. "The staff was really nice and accommodating. They refrigerated things for us and they also had an apple tv that we were able to watch Netflix on! They also cleaned the room really nicely. Overall the property had a cool relaxed vibe to it which was also really nice. Perfect place to spend the holidays!"
