"A very clean hotel environment and the room was nice and clean. A very friendly staff to boot. Will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend them"

"Room was okay, staff were courteous and listening. However, management had to do something about smoking policy on the first floor where customers are permitted to open wide their doors and fill the entire floor with smoke. It poses terrible hazard on everyone on the entire building. Also had to be chasing on a single iron which is used by everyone, for this reason I had to wear my clothes without ironing."

"It was very good stay"

"I was told the place is disability friendly but its definitely not. I wont recommend coconut grove to anyone, essentially, disabled people. Im a wheelchair user. If i could have move to a different hitel, i would have was extremely tired."

"Great experience"

"Everything is bad about this hotel. Worse hotel I ever been to. "

"Hotel was unique especially services received from Roland and and the ladies working at the front desk of the hotel was exceptional I promise to recommend this hotel to all my friends, family and Colleagues "

"Cockroaches. I stayed there two nights, killed about 10 of the little bast**** I complained, they said they would spray, they didn't. Front desk service was, poor, unprofessional, half the time there was no one at the front desk. They encouraged me to never book using Hotels.com again, they wanted cash. Swimming pool was so cloudy I never entered the water. I will never stay here again. Oh and breakfast was two eggs and two fried hot dogs. "
