"The front desk clerk was so nice even though we arrived later in the evening. The room was 1st floor which was nice. Hotel was easy to see from the road. We didn’t dine in, so I can’t speak on that. The room was very spacious, and the shower was amazing. I love hot water and had to turn it down. The housekeeping staff was always hustling and still amazingly polite if they saw you. "The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, shower was good. The couch & chair upholstery had several stained spots. We'd stayed twice before at this location last year. It used to be a fantastic place to stay. Super great breakfast menu. Now some days the sausage looked like they were leftovers. Several days we had to clean a table to sit at. Not enough staff to oversee area. Trash not emptied daily. Food straps left in elevator over 24 hrs. We won't be staying there again. "
