The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. "Really lovely apartment and in a convenient location for getting to where we need to be. Although there are instructions about parking, it's pay & display and you can only stay in one place for 3 hours at a time, so it's worth looking up somewhere separate to leave your car (we had done this in advance so wasn't a problem for us).

"excellent location. Parking free from 3pm - 9am right outside the door. Very nicely renovated, good cooking facilities. Very friendly and helpful owner. Only downside for us was the bed is next to the wall so not so easy to get in and out of as a couple when you are old like us."
