We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. "06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call. "Nasty Stains on the lounge chair and the bed sheets... Also the floor looked wet and was sticky. Safe to say the shoes stayed on. Also it's 25 dollars a dog and only under 10 lbs."

"None of the room that I selected when made the reservation wasn’t available at check-in. The property is old and needs updates. I always check for bedbugs in every room. Luckily I didn’t find bedbugs, but I did find dead bugs behind the mattress. There’s old water stains in the tub and around the grout lines. "Prices are very reasonable and the majority of the staff were excellent. I did see there were a few staff that were not attentive to the patrons. I was very disappointed that they ran out of dairy creamer after my second day and made no attempt to remedy the problem. So needless to say I woke up, grabbed my keys and left the property to get my coffee each morning after they ran out. I also noticed that they didn’t put out the fresh fruit every day for the breakfast. Maybe they only offer that on...
