"Very standard Marriott, staff was helpful, nice location next to mall, easy to get to city center with uber. Hotel scheduled shuttle driver and told us cost was $500 MX but driver tried to up charge us. Once we pushed back he went back to regular price. Just call your own uber and don’t book their shuttle"

"The staff was great and helpful but the property is old; the room was fairly clean ; if I have a concern is that towels were not replaced each day and the floor towel was vey wet because the shower door didn’t hold the water in the tub and it was not replaced, just hinged to dry!"
