"My family and I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. Amenities were good and the price was fair. I will say that I wished my room was less dusty. The headboards and lamp areas were too dusty. I could see the dusty flying under the light. Bedding, the thicker blanket looked dirty. Perhaps wash it or replace it. Air conditioning worked great and staff were kind. Thanks"

"The hotel and room were nice overall and the location to the Oakland Coliseum was great for my stay. My only complaint was that the room-type I booked was not available upon my arrival. I booked a King room with a balcony and was told there were none available even though I checked in right at Check-In time with no option for my room-type to become available. Instead, I was given a room with 2 beds and no balcony. I know it was a busy weekend, but if guests pay for certain room amenities, they should get what they paid for."
Embassy Suites by Hilton Walnut Creek

"Embassy Suites did not disappoint. The rooms were nice and spacious. There was a strand or two of hair in our bathtub but that wasn't too bad. The breakfast was lovely. They have plenty options for everyone. They offer drink tickets for each guest during happy hour. The ambiance was pretty lively during our stay. The front desk wasn't the most welcoming or attentive but they did their job. I wasn't told any details about the property upon check-in (usually included in most hotel check-ins) like where common amenities were, breakfast time, wifi pw, check out time etc., but all that was figured out along the way. They have a small indoor pool and no hot tub but I would stay here again."

"A good place to stay in Berkeley. It is a good value, off street parking and near the freeway. Breakfast is included as well as coffee in the lobby. Staff is there when you need them. Stayed there with my girlfriend and wasn’t embarrassed by the place."
